Over Mij<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”42px”][vc_column_text]Eten en alles wat daarbij komt kijken is mijn grote passie en ik gebruik het ter inspiratie, als materiaal of juist als doel in mijn ontwerpen.<\/p>\n

Graag plaats ik \u2018eten\u2019 in een sociale context. Meer nog dan kooktechnieken is het voor mij belangrijk hoe mensen zich verhouden tot eten. Interessant is het om met verwachtingen te spelen die mensen hebben ten aanzien van eten. Om vorm en inhoud te geven aan het sociale aspect door middel van de uitwerking en de presentatie van het eten.<\/p>\n

Hiernaast heb ik 5 jaar les gegeven aan de HAS Fooddesign opleiding en word ik ook gevraagd om lezingen presentaties en inspiratie workshops te geven voor verschillende bedrijven en opleidingen.<\/p>\n

Ook ben ik 18 jaar eigenaar en mede oprichter van Keukenconfessies (www.keukenconfessies.nl) geweest.<\/p>\n
